All about Ovulation Bleeding



All women in their child-bearing years should experience ovulation, which typically happens in the middle of a menstrual cycle. And usually, women should not experience bleeding during ovulation.

  1. Insufficient rest

  2. Stress

  3. Mood swings

  4. Etc.

The above reasons may lead to to abnormal oestrogen level fluctuation, causing a breakdown in the uterine lining which is presented as bleeding during ovulation.


Ⓐⓓⓥⓘⓒⓔ

You don’t really have to worry if the bleeding is light and can stop within 2-3 days. You should also

  1. Rest well

  2. Relax

  3. Avoid eating cold or spicy food

  4. Avoid sexual intercourse


If the bleeding occurs in two consecutive cycles, it might affect chances of pregnancy, and it is better that you consult a registered CMP.
